Windows 7 email problem

I have had windows 7 for a month with no email problems. Now all of a sudden the email refuses to send a email with a picture from "my pictures" attached. How can this be fixed? I have tried reloading my upgrade to windows 7 from Vista again but it did not do any good.

  1. What e-mail program are you using? Windows 7 does not come with a built-in e-mail client.
  2. windows live mail
  3. Have you cleaned up your mailbox, or are you at your quota? There may not be room to move more [large] messages into your Sent folder. Make sure that Send and/or Trash are cleaned out.
  4. I regulary delete email after receiving them other than about 8 i keep in the stored messages box.
  5. Yes, but what about things you've SENT?
  6. sent items are regulary deleted. Believe me, my mail is NOT overloaded.
  7. What exactly happens when you try to send the e-mail? Do you get an immediate error message? If so, what does it say? Or do you get a response e-mail from the server saying that the mail couldn't be delivered?
  8. error message:
Delete photo email, create another and try again.
    error Ox8cccD03F
  9. Hmmm. I'm wondering if:

    - this photo might be larger than some configuration limit?
    - the photo is open in another program?

Other than that, I don't use Windows Live Mail so I'm not sure I can be of any more help...
