Thanks for the note, Robin. That did the trick. Someone from .NET
Passport customer service ended up validating my email manually since I
didn't receive messages that they said they sent. It's nice to know
that there's a real person out there in cyberspace to assist with these
kinds of problems. Have a nice holiday!
