Video conference "mirroring sender"

Msn Messinger is Mirroring myself and it has never worked
like that before. When I ask to have a actions , start a
video conference, Instead of seeing the other person on
my network it shows me the same video picture in both
windows, and on the other computer that I am trying to
talk with the same thing happens ?
