tell me your gut feel. will the dragon+ with a ti200 video card around an xp1600 give me a stable rock to program on? if so, what flavor of ti200 do you like best? if not, where am i going wrong? what do you like for a stable combo? thanks much everyone!

Now, for what make you want, there isent really THAT much of a difference...
Personally, i would go with Abit, top noch ratings and "Editors choice" winner all over the web. But, stay away from Creative, you dont want that, seriosly.
