After reading a couple of mobo tests here and there on the web. It seems to me, that epox, more and more are given various kinds of awords, and "editors choice". I havent seen this untill lately.
Have Epox found a winning combination of features and price tag. Their "new" board, Epox EP-8KHA+ got Motherboard of the year award over at hardocp, and did actually win many benchmarks in Tom's test a couple of weeks back.
This board is a h*** of alot cheaper then what most people see as the best mobo makers in the world, like Asus and Abit. ( Dont shoot me is i did not include your favorite :)  ) E.g. Here in norway, computers cost a fortune, for instance, Abit KR7A-Raid has a price tag of $250 us here.( Norway is the world worst country to live in, believe me ). Over double the amount of Epox's, even though it doesent have Raid.
In benchmarks, Epox finished over, or just equal to Abits board, making you scratch your head and think, "what the h***".
All other Epox borads, like the Kt133a, also finished amoungst the top 3, despite beeing much cheaper then their compeditors. Oc'ing is suppost to reach into the clouds with epox aswell, so, what is really the point of investing in a Abit board, despite of their reputation.
I Currently own a Abit KT7-A myself, and i havent had a single problem with is, and all bios RAM settings are at max level for instance.

So, in say a year or so, will epox be the front runner in mobo fanufacturing, having put Abit and asus behind them?
It certanly looks like it to me,

or?

Excuse my english :) , and please, post your comments.

Trevligt med en norsk gutt på boardsen!

Well, I´m not sure if Epox will leave Abit and other frontrunners behind, but they will propably be in the top fighting for market shares...
