Asus has the P4s333 with raid ($129 atacom). Uses pc2700 or pc2100 ddram. I don't beleive it has support for ata 133, but has 5.1 sound. On the other end of the spectrum, PCchips has an sis 645 board with built in modem and sound, and support for either sdram or ddram ($84 at computer geeks). Lots of new boards were announced this week, and will be out soon.
