MSI K7N420 Pro and AMD 1.2 MP chips

I have an AMD 1.2MP chip and was wondering if it would work with the MSI K7N420 Pro board?

Also, I usually buy retail CPUs as Im not up on my heatsinks/fans, so can someone recomend a quality hs/f that will work with this chip and motherboard at a reasonable cost (<$25). Also, I should be good for at least a XP 2000+.

Be careful with HSFs, looks like somebody may have blowned three boards in a row simply because he did not heed the warning on the HSF manufacturer website for the <A HREF="http://www.micforg.co.jp/mb_inf_pal8045e.html#msi_note_1" target="_new">PAL8045</A> (Note 1 for the K7N420 Pro).

Thank you. At least I know one not to use. CAn anyone tell me what can be used? And how about the AMD 1.2 Ghz MP CPU on this motherboard?
