I'd like to build a new budget system for one of my friends. We wanna use less money as possible on the *** parts. Notice that I will use some of my old computer parts for this system. My choices are

(1***)ECS P6S5AT with 1Ghz Celeron & fan ( please tell me how more about this board with the Celeron)
(1)Radeon VIVO (i'll replace this from my system with the Radeon 8500 LE. Somone needs to show me how to do the BIOS trick)
(1***) 128MB (should I use DDR or SDR?)
(1***) Maxtor D740X 20GB (anymore options?)
(1***) Pioneer 106S slot load DVD (must have?)
(1***) Liteon 16x/10x/40x (is this a good drive? i know that it's hella cheap!)
(1) I may use the on board sound or my old Live! Value card (i may replace it with the audigy ex)
(1***) Need some advice for a budget speaker system
(1) Budget modem
(1***) Enlight 7237 case (i'll replace this with the pc61 as my new case)
(1***) Need a good budget PSU
(1) Logitech Itouch Cordless Keyboard & mouse (i'll replace this with the Optical freedom for my system)
(1***) 17 inch monitor (flat maybe?)

Am i missing anything?

Thank you for your help!

I try to smile everyday but I can't...

The motherboard you pick does not uses an Intel chipset. If you do not want an Intel chipset then you should just go with AMD. AMD offer better value.
