Hotmail problem

for a couple of days now i have not been able to access my
hotmail account, but other people that i talk to are still
able to.. It won't let me sign in or when i do and try to
get to my emails it just gives me a blank page. We have no
fire walls and have not installed anything new. Anybody
know what is going on and how i could fix this problem.
