K7s5a Setup problems

I am currently building a new comp with this motherboard. The site i bought it from installed the cpu and HSF, so i hope thats ok. Its mounted to the case and I put all the power cords and the little wires for the power button and comp speaker etc... where the manual said to put them. I cant get anything to come on the monitor when i turn it on. Not even a POST screen. The only thing hooked up right now is the Motherboard and graphics card. Only the fan on the cpu starts going when i turn it on. Anyone have an idea whats wrong?

I planned to buy the very mainborad---K7S5A from ECS in the first place,but at last I gave up to do so just cuz...,and now I confirm my action former all the more...May the Goddess bless you,my friend...
