Hello,

I've read through various threads about audio problems
with MSN Messenger and have been unable to solve the
audio functioning.

I have a Wireless connection through a DLink DI-624. I
followed an excellent tutorial located here to enabled
UPnP on my computer.

http://support.dlink.com/faq/view.asp?prod_id=1170

One of the images (Step 4) when you click on Settings my
screen is blank with nothing in it. There are no
Services.

I followed all of the other steps correctly and checked
that UPnP is enabled in my router.

I have been able to video conference (without audio)
successfully. Also when I try to have an Audio
conversation MSN Messenger says connected but neither
party can hear anything.

Any ideas about getting that settings window to appear
correctly. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Thanks!

Andrew
