When I boot I often get this in the boot screen:

CMOS checksum error - defaults loaded.

Whenever I get this I go to BIOS and load BIOS default.
and I can reboot with no error, but I get this again and again later.
Anybody knows:
What is this?
How to fix this?

Do I need to get new BIOS?
Anybody knows where I can get Award BIOS for ASUS Mobo P2B-F?

I have this currently:
Award Modular BIOS v 4.51PG copyright 1984-98
ASUS P2B-F ACPI BIOS Revision 1008

Thank you very much.

Sounds like the power in your CMOS battery is low
Replace it

How do I replace it?
Is it it as easy as plugging in RAM or CPU?

Where do I get the battery on CMOS?

I have Pentium III 450 mhz slot1, Asus P2B-F without documents.

Thank you very much.
