I come up with the
Criteria for choosing a motherboard.
The data is for my system.
If anything missing, please tell me.
Thank you very much.

CPU Vender: Intel
CPU type: Pentium III
CPU speed: Pentium III 450Mhz+
CPU Slot or Socket: Slot: 1,2,A,B ???????
? How do I find out which type of slot my CPU has?

RAM slots #: 3-4
RAM type: PC100
FSB speed: 100

HDD IDE controller type: UATA 33 or 66 +

Slot type and number: 1 AGP, 2 ISA, 5 PCI, ...

Form Factor: ATX
? because I have ATX case, but Can I use mobo with other form factors ????

Anyone recommend additional criteria and a good mobo for this system?

Thank you very much.

any decent case will have standard mounting holes for smaller mobos as well as standard holes for atx mount.

Slot 1. You could use an ATX, mATX, or AT/ATX (AT with ATX power connector), or even a standard AT if you have an old power supply lying around. But since the best boards are all ATX, no reason to change form factors. In fact you already have a good board.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?
