updated BIOS for ASUS P2B-F

I have P3 450mhz slot 1 on ASUS P2B-F with AWARD Modular BIOS v4.51PG 1984-98copyright ASUS P2B-F ACPI BIOS Revision 1008.
It cannot recognize 30GB HDD.
Can anyone send me AWARD BIOS update for that MOBO?
or where I can get it?

I got the BIOS but it has .awd extension.
How do I install this BIOS?

Make a bootable floppy and put the aflash utility and the bx2f113a.awd BIOS file on it, at the prompt type aflash bx2f113a.awd

Works the same way for most companies, there are some that have autoloading BIOS updates (Intel at least).
