I am installing my new notebook and I have problems with my email programs
"Incredimail" and "Outlook".
I try to receive and send email, but it doesn't work as my password seems to
be incorrect.

I was able to make connection yesterday, but it doesn't work anymore. I
checked al the accountinfo with my old notebook and everything seems to be
ok. It is still working normally on my old notebook. Caps Lock is turned off
and with the same password I am still able to make connection to the
internet. I have no idea what I have done wrong.

I already tried to restore to the beginning, but that doesn't make a
difference.

Who has an idea what might be the problem and wants to try to help mes
solving the problem.

Are you using the .NET service? Is the "sign in automatically" checkbox
checked? if it is, try unchecking it and then type your log in name and pswd.
See if that helps. I have been having a similar problem. For some reason or
another my messenger does not recognize my password or log in if that box is
checked off. It signs on with no problem when unchecked. Let me know if it
helped. And also let me know if you are using Microsoft Antispyware. My
problems began after using MS Antispyware but I am not sure if it has
something to do with it.

Thanks for your help. I have uninstalled and installed it again and it does
work now. I guess that there has been an installation error.
