Just taken delivery of a Soltek SL-75DRV4 board looks amazing but my 'new'power supply has only 2 working leads so I can only plug in my HD and CPU fan.... :frown: am I able to plug in extensions to the 2 existing working power leads for my CD-ROM and CDRW? I dont want to send the power supply back as my system took weeks to get here...

Gads... you mean the other leads are "dead" or they just don't exist? Either way, get rid of that power supply and get a "real" one!!! I've never seen a Power supply without at least six plugs (Four 5 pin and two floppy connects)

As for extentions/branches, I've used them before and they don't seem to cause any problems.

Hey man, in todays pc's dont take a chance on that power supply. U have way to much to loose if things go bonkers. Id get at min a 300watt amd approved power supply and stick it in that case. dont no if this helps but?
