Soltek SL75DRV2 problem

I have problem with install OS (Linux..., Windows ...), I have try all of other component with other system, they work fine. I have try to update BIOS also. Can not install any OS (corrupted). Finally I found solution that let SW3 at default (100MH external CPU clock). It works! But now my CPU 1.33 GH run only at 1 Gh. This is the second mainboard of this brand I got same problem.

My system: CPU 1.33GH 266 MHz FSB
Memory: Crucial 512MB CT3272Y265
Hard drive: WD 60GB 7200rpm

Any help will be very appreciated

I asume you have 133 MHz memory.
If you set the FSB to 133 you have to check if the PCI bus speed is set to 1/4 of the FSB and the AGP to 1/2.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground .
