Hi there,
I installed XP SP2 yesterday. This morning I noticed that MSN
Messenger was not running as usual. So I started it and clicked on "My
E-Mail Inbox", but instead of going to my Hotmail account, it just runs
Outlook. Why has the behaviour changed and how do I get it back to how it
was?

The answer was on this group already:

This functionality was removed in SP2.

You'll need to either
install the previous version of Windows Messenger (see below) or install MSN
Messenger
(http://messenger.msn.com/Download):

To downgrade back to Windows Messenger 4.7.2009:
http://microsoft.com/downloads/det [...] 597545a6b4
and use the Add-In here:
http://microsoft.com/downloads/det [...] 9d0a705f55
