ill help! Yes, everytime you open an instant message it opens a new window.
Windows XP has its own "Grouper" software in it. Try searching around on XP

Greetings Bernd,
Unfortunately you'll need to use another application to do this; there isn't anything for
Windows Messenger that will allow you to do this functionality.
