Here is my problem. I have a system that consists of the following:
Intel Pentium 3 800e processor
Asus P3V133 Motherboard
Asus Geforce 2 GTS
684mb RAM
SB Live Value sound card
30 gb hard drive
20 gb hard drive
10/100 network card

Under Windows 98 SE, My Geforce would funtion fine IF, I would load the latest VIA Chipset drivers, and use the latest Nvidia drivers. All would be happy an cute and everything. I did this same routine on several reloads of this system. Upon running the compatibility test for XP, it told me that there were no problems. OK. I decide to go out and buy XP Home Edition. I load it, and try several 3d games and they all crash. I might add that they are the likes of UT, Quake 3, Ghost Recon, Madden 2001, Max Payne, etc. I decide to get the latest 4in 1 Patch from the Via website. This still does not correct the problem. I give up. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe a problem with the VIA chipset/4-in-1 drivers. I personnally cannot justify putting a VIA platform under an Intel CPU when their are superior Intel chipsets available at similar cost.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?
