mother/b & case combi ?

Does anyone know where i can get my hands on a mother/b & a decent case for a reasonable price ?.
mother/b hase to have : AGP,100/133BUS,1*ASI SLOT,2*OR MORE PCI SLOTS & AMD A-SOCKET UPTO 1600MHZ.
CASE MUST HAVE : 2*DRIVE BAYS, WHITE.

aNY IDEARS WOULD BE A HELP...... OH & I LIVE IN THE UK
