Webcam on Windows Messenger

Anyone know why I get a "camera error" when I go through
the Video Tuning Wizard in Windows Messenger so that it
won't configure it? The camera appears in the drop down
menu, but then says it is "not working properly" or "in
use by another program". As far as I can tell neither is
the case.

Hi Jonathan - thanks for getting back. It is an Aplux
USB2.0 PC Camera (Model MU2 - 35MA).
