Recently (3 Days ago) I activated a Blackberry 7510. Everything is going well except that when I go to the Blackberry site and try to setup the Blackberry email I get a message saying
"The PIN and IMEI you have provided are already associated with an account within our system."
The Blackberry division of Nextel appear to be clueless. I told them I bought the Blackberry from a co-worker and for some reason they cannot clear this up. I am not sure why they can't just cancel the account so that I can set my Blackberry up for email They want to know more than the pin# and IMEI#. I would think that that would be enough info. Anyone shed some light on this situation or tell me how to get in touch with someone that can help me? Thanks.
