We need to know what your motherboard model is.
Chances are with a BIOS update your board will support a 1100MHz Celeron with Coppermine core using the FC-PGA package.
The 1200 and 1300MHz Celerons have Tulatin cores using the FC-PGA2 package.
If it turns out your board only supports the Coppermine Celerons be carefull making your purchase because I have seen Celerons with the Tulatin core marked as 1.0A and 1.1A.

Going by your processor of 667 MHz, I am pretty sure the board supports just Coppermines, Tualatins were in the labs then. Anyway, the fastest Celeron you can get is the Coppermine Celeron 1.1 GHz, but you might update uour BIOS to detect it correctly.

Starting from 1.2 GHz, Celerons have changed the core from Coppermine to Tualatin, which needs special motherboard support.

Overclock the 667 to 1000, go to the overclock section and find CRASHMANS instructions on overclocking intel coppermines. I got my celly 633 to 950 stable for 10 mons. now, no extra cooling.
