friggin status bar.

how can i keep the status bar to appear on web pages, and personal folders?

right now everytime i open a new one (of either) up the status bar is not there and i would like it to be. any suggestions?

Hi dude - it should work this way:

open up "My Computer" - from the tools menu hit folder options at the bottom. There's a check box in there for save folder settings - I'm guessing yours is checked. Uncheck it & click OK. Open an IE window, set it the way you want it and go back and check save folder settings again. Voila!
