Suggestion for a new Mobo

I am getting ready to finally upgrade my old P2B/PII 400 mobo and cpu, and am looking for a good new mobo for an AMD system. What suggestions do you have? I am looking for a stable mobo with as little onboard as possible.

How Much money do you want to spend? Do you want to keep any of the parts form your old one?

If it works for you then don't fix it.

Well... The IDE channel and the printer port on the old mobo are going, so I am forced to buy a new one. I am kinda iffy if I want to go DDR or not, but at this point I might as well bite the bullet and upgrade to DDR. Otherwise, cheaper the better, but must be stable. I do want to go AMD, and the less onboard equipment the better. I plan to pick up an Audigy while i am at it!
