Athlon XP mobo

I need a good motherboard recommendation for my Athlon XP 1900+. I'm looking for something with 4 DIMM slots, AGP (duh) and either 5 or 6 PCI, doesn't matter. ATA100 is a MUST, Raid is optional. I need something from the $100 - $120 ballpark. I saw the EPoX motherboard on Sharky for $90, but I need more DIMM slots than that. I also need a motherboard that'll overclock well.

Abit KR7A has all you ask for but costs more than 100-120.

I don't think there is a mobo out there that fits your specs that is under 120.
