Hi,

I am currently using Windows Messenger 4.7 (ver 4.7.0041). I want to know if
Windows Messenger support Fast Update/Freeze Picture command for video media
control. If so, then how it does that? Is it by sending INFO request (as
per draft-levin-mmusic-xml-media-control-03) or is it through RTCP.
