I have a Biostar M7MIA and want to upgrade some time in June to a faster MP if possible. I know there are advantages that a single MP will have over an equivelent XP but if the two are completely interchangeable on a 761 chipset than it would feel more like buying a ramped up Duron. Seems excessive but not for video encoding.
Maybe this is the reason we never see MP processors? or not. But I'd seriously like to see single MP vs XP in some benchmarks on this site in the future. That would so totally be a worth while read.
