Soltek & Setting fan/HM

I was fortunate to have several people on this board save me from myself, thank you.

I have a Soltek SL-75DRV4 MB and a loaded hardware monitor utility called "ITE SMARTGUARDIAN". When I open up the utility, everything displays except the fan speed. My fans, including my Enermax PSU, have speed sensing/3 wires, they are plugged into the two yellow marked fan connectors, and they are correctly installed in the connectors. Still no read out on the utility. I tried playing around with the BIOS (mistake). Any ideas . . . thanks.

Note- I have Award BIOS (Phoenix).

i am facing the same problem, 10% of time the smart wont show the fam speed, you have to close the program and run it again after while, do this several times until you get a read

Thanks, I give it a try. Yesterday, when I opened it, the fan speed came up for a split second- I'll keep trying. I wonder if there is an upgrade for the ITE SMARTGUARDIAN.
