Computer will not boot

I have an 5 year old compaq computer that was working. It locked up and I tried rebooting. Now it will not boot. Nothing comes up on the monitor and I don't get any bios beep codes at all. I think it may be the on board video or maybe a bad power supply. Any advice would be helpful.

normally if its the power supply it will just STOP working all together. try pushing all the cards on the mobo in to make sure they are all tight. then try to find a cheap generic video card (one of those 2d $20 ones) and try pluggin it in. seeing as its a compaq, and its 5 years old, a mobo swap if necessary probably wouldnt be worth it :\
