I got a weird problem that I have not been able to figure out.

Computer 1:
Windows 2000 Server SP4 with Win2K PPTP VPN

Computer 2:
Windows XP Pro SP2 with MSN Messenger 7 Beta and UPnP enabled

Problem:
I have forwarded port 1723 to Computer 1 so my VPN functions, but when
I enable UPnP on the router, MSN Messenger freezes up. If I leave UPnP
enabled and disabled port forwarding for 1723, MSN unfreezes.

I cannot get MSN to work when port 1723 is forwarded to any computer
(even Computer 2) and UPnP is enabled.

Did I miss something? When did MSN start using PPTP or port 1723?
