Archived from groups: alt.cellular.nextel (More info?)

I am tryin to put ringtones on my i730, and they are in wave format.  I
need help and guidance on where to get the conversion program and also
the installer program.  I have the cables allready just need the
programs.  I would greatly appreciate anyones help. Thanks.
