It could be caused by to high temps or a bad powersupply, so check if your temps arent higher then 55-60C and that you have a decent 300W (atleast) powersupply.
Are you sure about an XP1200? Isn't it a Tbird or an XP1900+ running at 1200 MHz (12*100) instead of 1600 (12*133)?

BTW are you Dutch (nickname and email seem to be Netherlands)? I am.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground  .

Zwaart & Svol,
I am having trouble with my system rebooting as well.

Svol your question, **your temps aren't higher then 55-60C and that you have a decent 300W (atleast) powersupply.

Caught my attention, I have a AMD Athlon 1900+ with a 250W power,
I thought it might be the Powersupply and the motherboard, as I had read Tom's Review that the Gigabyte GA 7 DX rev.3 was having problems, and then noted that Gigabyte requested a 300w power. For there board.
I contacted the manufacture and they are sending me a GA 7 DX Rev.4 Board, and a 300 W power supply, I was surprised that I got now argument, the new board & power supply are on the way.
Do you have any other information on this subject? Much Thanks

I almost forgot, I have a 64M GeForce2 MX/MX400 Video Card, could the MX card be causing the rebooting? I am very new at trouble shooting, thanks for the help.

It will probably be because of a to weak powersupply. After a while the powersupply will not be able to deliver enough Wattage which will make the system shutdown, crash or reboot.

Are you using Roxio Burning software? There is a bug in it that causes rebooting with some configurations. There is also a patch available on their site. Goodluck
