best motherboard??

OK, looking to make a second PC.
What are your opinions on best CPU, chipset, and motherboard manufacturer.
This is mainly a gamming rig. It will have a GF4 and SCSI.

The Iwill XP333 looks like a great board, the Leadtek 7350KDA a good alternative. The AMD XP1800+ is about 30% cheaper than the XP1900+ making that a great value right now.

What's the frequency, Kenneth?
