Anyone have a Bad MicronPc Mainboard

I had problems with my Micron PC Celeron 700 -- turns out
it is a bad mainboard just after the warranty has expired
and Micron is not willing to help. The computer was a
gift to my 7 year old daughter and was not used
significantly so I am really disappointed. Best Buy who
sold the machine and identified the repair has said that
they have been seeing this happen but Micron claims it is
not a "known issue". I am looking for others who might
have this problem as I know I have seen a few postings but
can't find them again. Please contact me and let me know
as I would like this to be covered.

What exactly is the problem (just for curiosity sake)? Also, what is the model? You have to weigh the cost of your own time and effort vs. the cost of buying another motherboard (doesn't necessarily have to be Micron) and just swapping it out. Good luck in your quest.
