With the setting CPU FSB to 133MHz, Machine won't boot correctly until i hit a reset button form the case after turn off for 1 hr or more. Then lower down to 100MHz, then it is fine. ( but i got the amdxp 1700+ so it should be set at 133 anyway.)
already try..
-boot without HD ( only video is connect.. can boot)
-boot without and CD and HD ..... can boot
-boot with 1 HD and 2 HD and CD ... won't boot
-boot with 1 HD and a video card only ... won't boot
also, clear CMOS memory and update bios.. same problem
no matter what I do with the hardware and setting on the bios. This board ( ECSK57A ) is not boot correctly if I turn the computer off for more than 1 hour with CPU FSB set to 133MHZ. With 100MHz setting, works perfectly
What is wrong with this board......???? pls help
thanks

to me, it still really sounds like an insufficient power supply problem. Did you try rplacing with a 350-400W namebrand?

Lets look at it logically.

It boots fine under certain conditions.

What is the common factor with the unsucessful boots?

More components!

What do more components use?

More power!

Normally I'd recommend 350W, but you have many HDDs and CD drives so go for a 400W PSU.
