Yesterday I bought an Acorp 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet Adapter I installed it into a PCI slot. BUT the XP not said "a new hardware found"... I try to install the drivers manualy but there aren't any XP drivers on the disk or on the Acorp's site... So I try to install some WinME/2000/98 drivers... It doesn't work... Some driver said that it's installed correctly... but the hardware isn't appears (it's said that it's not installed into the computer)...

Thanks your help, and sorry for my english:

I think the card is not installed correctly or is broken. Try to install it again.

huhhh... one of my harddisks dead so i can't reply... SOOOO I tried out an other slot and da da: it works. BUT I bought this card becouse my family bought an ISDN modem, and the techs said that we will able to connect to the internet via ADSL if we buy an ethernet card. So now the bios can see the card, the windows can see the card. BUT the led on the card not works... and on the isdn modem the B1 led is red... and the whole connection not work.... Any idea? ( i check the UTP cable and it's good....)
