Menus Don't Slide Anymore

After using a bunch of tweak programs (Winner SE2, TweakXP, etc.) my start menu now slides new menus instantaneously, without the menu delay. I have checked the boxes under Properties of the start menu to have the menus slide but to no avail. Any suggestions?

Goto regedit and find:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop

Change the value of MenuShowDelay to 100 (which means 100ms delay).

That should do it.
