Importing Groups

Hello,

I need to know if there is a way to import groups with specificed contacts
under them. If I export my current list and send it to a co-worker, he is
only able to import the contacts. Is there something that can be done on the
local client, or is there a way to perform this on the server side? Any help
would be great!

no this is a really annoying thing i no the only way to solve it is make
groups urself time consuming i no but the only way unfortunately
