XP Formating HD

I'm having a horrible time with my A7N8X-E so far and I'm trying to track down problems right now I'm confused on why XP left 8 megs unpartitioned when I let it format my RAID 0 setup.

It formated it and showed up the partition but then it showed 8 megs unpartitioned a tad confusing.

thats normal. it has to do with left over bits from allocation units. sortof..
