Memory Dump

I have been having a problem with memory dumps the past 2 days and noticed a slowdown in my system when opening things or using the start menu it takes a second for things to show up...any ideas? I have scanned for viruses and none were found and spyware has been cleaned up.

By memory dumps I assume you mean blue screens? If so you can try listing the message here or looking it up.

Damn it's hasne't happened today yet...but I can remember that it says something to the effect of Kernel Memory Dump and tells me unplug any new hardware and restart. And it seems to happen when I have a few programs running at the same time. When I get it again I will write it down.
