Xp and webcam problems

I have xp sp2 and since upgrading cant view webcam on msn messenger 6.2

Trys to load but then seem to time out. sits there for a while then fails to
load.

Is this some kind of firewall problem?

also when i try to use my cam it doesn`t detect camera being connected. Use
audio/video wizard and this is fine. can see camera working but when try to
share over msn no camera is showing?

Can anyone help?

Hey,

I would suggest that you do a repair of MSN Messenger 6.2 or download and
install MSN Messenger 7,0 and see if this fixes the problem.
