The keyboard on my Dell the letters "H' and "I" do not work on the runline
but do work normal in office. The OS is XP? Any advice?
TIA,
David

If you are talking about the start-run box, you might post this in the
WinXP group.

Otherwise, do they work in notepad and in a CMD window?

Are there any assigned uses for the keys, like shortcuts or special uses
in some software? Have you checked to make sure you have the correct
keyboard set up?

Turn the keyboard over and shake it to see if anything falls out! ;)

Also, for S&G check the function while in safe mode.
