I am getting the following error message after installing the MSN 7.0

the procedure entry point GettextextentpointI could not be located in
the Dynamic link library MSDART.DLL

I have tried replacing the MSDART.DLL file from the system32\dllcache
and moving it to the system32 folder, and no luck. I have uninstalled
and reinstalled the MSN 7.0 as well and get the same message.

I have XP Pro.

Any ideas?
