how to clear CMOS?

my motherboard manuel doesn't say how to clear the cmos. does anyone have an epox 8kha+ board that can tell me how to clear the CMOS? I know you are supposed to fool around with some jumper but not sure if i do this with the computer off or on and for how long. thanks.

Don't know what jumper to use for that in epox 8kha+ but you can do the same removing the motherboard battery for about 30 seconds an then installing it again.

For changing any jumper or switch on the MB you should always have the computer off.
