I am using msn messenger 7 and when I try to run the sound and video
wizard I get the error ’Cannot run the sound or video wizard now’

This problem occurs all the time.

I am using a Creative labs NX Ultra web cam. My camera works fine in
the properties for the camera and my sound card works fine.

Please help
