how bad is the duping and all with the new patch and ldr

i haven't played D2 since 1.10 first ldr, so how is the duping going on lately.... i mean after almost 8 months of legit playing (no bots, no dupes, no MH) i can't even get my hands on one high rune....... so not een one hoto or botd for me.... while others are getting them in bulk loads... so what i'm asking is this fixed? or should i just give up with d2?

BTW i'm in the sorry state because i usually starts out with a non mfer.... like a concbarb or a bersker (barb specialist lol)
