Errr, all P4 RDRAM boards have 32-bit memory paths. It works like this: RDRAM uses 8-bit addressing. Each DIMM has TWO 8 bit paths, so is 16-bits. Since they're used in PAIRS, it's 32-bit. The data pathway from the CPU to northbridge is 64-bits, while the pathway from the northbridge to RDRAM is 32-bits, which explains why PC800 is needed to cope with a QDR400 FSB.
