Asus P4B266-C Cpu temp stays at 40c???

I wanted to know if anyone of you guys who use this board are having problems with the cpu temp statying at 40c? I can't seem to get it to report the right temperture. Or maybe it is and I don't know about it. Also are any of you guys having problems with USB on this board running a FSB of 133?

What are you using to read the CPU temp (IPanel, AsusProbe software, CMOS window, or an external thermometer) ?
If you're using one of the IPanels, it will stop reading the minute your O/S's power functions kick in, which renders them useless when the machine is up and running.
